After-School Hangout Terms and Conditions

My child(ren) have my permission to attend the Maroa Public Library's After-School Hangout. I understand that they are to abide by both library and program rules and will be sent home if they choose not to follow them. The library staff and volunteers have full discretion when deciding what following rules mean. More than one incident of failure to follow rules may result in my child(ren) not being allowed to attend the program in the future. Furthermore, I give the Maroa Public Library staff and volunteers permission to seek medical attention for my child if needed. I understand this is not a substitute for childcare, and that my child(ren) will participate in the planned activities while attending. Program hours are non-negotiable.

Any children who are not abiding by the library and program rules will be sent home. The program ends promptly at 4:30 p.m. There will be no supervision after this time.
